Rules | ToS

- I will not draw men nudity or landscapes- The artist, Forty7, has every right to decline a commission if she feels that she may not meet the Client’s expectations or if the request falls under subjects the Artist will not do.- I'm most familiar with the world and fandom of DB, Sonic, IDV and Genshin Impact, but generally speaking the commission doesn't have to only be from one or any of those franchises!- The comission might take long depending on what you asked for, you can ask for progress updates anytime!- There are three free revisions after the comission is finished- Ready your references and let me know a bit about your character's personality (if any) , otherwise i would take liberties with the pose, expression and assume their personality myself- If i already finished the coloring process, you may ask for small edits. During the lineart process you're more than welcome to request changes on poses, faces, clothes, etc.- There will be a small extra payment if you decide to add pets- All payment is via Paypal, Ko-fi, and/or Mercado Pago- 100% payment upfront for me to start the comission- Once the commission is finished, the money is non-refundable- If the artist hasn't finished the commission and the customer decides to cancel it and requests a refund, the artist will take at least 25% of the original payment (this varies depending on the work already put in the drawing)- If you're requesting two characters, the original price will double. Example: If you buy a full-body illustration and request two characters, the price will change from 8 USD, to 16 USD.- I reserve the right to post the artwork to any social media platforms, so if you wish for me not to publicize your commission please let me know in your email!- Art for personal use may be used as profile pictures/banners, etc. but may not be used for profit.- If you're a client, you will recieve the non-watermarked finished piece and one with the artist's watermark. I'll ask you to use the watermarked version if you plan to upload it on social media (this is to merely give credits)- Commercial projects will be priced differently

By commissioning the Artist, Forty7, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
